The Challenge
In planning Frontit's 'Leadership Event' in Örebro on May 25th, they faced the challenge of breaking the usual dynamics where speakers dominate and the audience passively listens. Frontit sought technical support that facilitates a more interactive and participant-centered event.
The Solution
By using Vocean's digital platform during the leadership event in Örebro, Frontit could offer a completely new interactive experience. Participants were literally brought to the stage through the platform's functions where interactive panel discussions and real-time questions to the speakers became possible. This created an atmosphere of participation and discussion that was dynamic and engaging. Participants not only listened, but also participated by answering quick exploratory questions from speakers, such as 'which of the following trends do you think will have the greatest impact on your way of leading in the future?'. This reversed approach to interaction created a new level of engagement and opened up for mutual learning between speakers and participants.
Results & Impact
Frontits användning av Vocean-plattformen under sitt ledarskapsevent i Örebro demonstrerar tydligt hur tekniken underlättade och förbättrade interaktiviteten, vilket även ökade engagemanget och kunskapsutbytet under dagen. Istället för renodlade föreläsningar hade man mer fokus på deltagarcentrerad interaktion där deltagarna enkelt kunde ställa frågor, komma med idéer och på olika sätt samskapa och berika varandras bidrag.
